  • Applied Neuromuscular techniques for muscular issues, trapped nerves, strains, pain management, injury recovery, range of motion issues and stress release. Includes organic oils, hot towels with optional Hot Stones and Dry Cupping - just ask during your treatment. I can also use hot stones and dry cups as tools for treating various issues.

  • Indulgent, relaxing and light massage treatment great for: Pre and post operative swelling and scarring / post cosmetic surgery / post operative lymph node removal (oncology accredited) / chronic fatigue syndrome/M.E. / reduces puffiness of the skin and water retention / digestive problems/bloating.

    Body - 60 MINS - £55

    Face and Body - 90 MINS- £82.50

  • Facial Massage and a acupressure that retrains the facial muscles and rejuvenates the skin. Amazing, relaxing and feels indulgent too. I challenge you not to fall asleep!

    Also great for TMJ issues, head and neck issues when fused with Remedial Massage.

    I use an organic, cold pressed avocado oil (made from flesh not seed). The oil is also unscented which is great for sensitive skin and eyes.

    1 hour - £55

    Facial Rejuvenation program for Natural Face lift Massage - £199 followed by £49 per month for the next 11 months.

  • Oncology accredited massage treatment. Home visits available (subject to location).

    Anyone currently undergoing Oncology treatment must obtain a letter/email of consent from their Oncology Doctor or Nurse.

    Cancer is generally a contra-indication for Massage therapists, however as I’m oncology trained, I will be able to treat you inline with healthcare standards.

    Can improve chemotherapy induced symptoms, can contribute towards rehabilitation for cancer treatment. Feels amazing, improves general feeling and mood.

    45 MINS - £45 in-clinic or £55 ( plus travel time if home visit, subject to location). Home visits are at my discretion and are reserved for those who are unable to attend my clinic due to health or mobility issues.

    Usui Reiki Level 1 attunement and Reiki Healing course for those who wish to use Reiki on their self, loved ones and friends.

    REIKI PRACTITIONER LEVEL 2 - £222

    Level 2 Reiki Attunement and Practitioner Course for those who wish to become Reiki Practitioner who provide a service to the general public.

    REIKI MASTER LEVEL 3 - £333

    Level 3 Reiki Master Attunmement for those who already Reiki Practitioners and would like to teach and attune others.

I offer Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage Facial Massage, Reiki Training and Trauma Therapy. All Manual Therapy Treatments come with the added luxury of organic natural oils, herbal balms, hot towels and beautiful linen.

I also offer online Trauma Release Therapy grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy and neuroscience. Located along the Tyne on the Newcastle Quayside and serving clients worldwide.

Through a fusion of expert massage therapy and trauma-informed care, we empower those desiring relief from physical discomfort, emotional trauma and stress to uncover how their body is connected to their mind and vice versa. I aim to educate on the connection between our minds and bodies and how more often than not, one is impacting the other. One size does not fit all with healing and so I offer holistic treatment plans which are bespoke to clients.
